Easy installation: split 2/3" (15mm) foam tube grips the crossbar, and sits inside Nylon inner sleeve which in turn secures the outer water resistant polycanvas, All you need to do is put the foam onto the crossracks and secure neatly and easily pressing down along the Velcro closure.
